History and Vision
The Here I Am Foundation was created to build a space where people can regain their strength, self-worth, and belief in themselves. Our mission is to support children, young people, families, and individuals facing difficult life situations through education, art, personal development, and social action.
We believe that real change begins with understanding, support, and the freedom to express oneself. That is why we combine modern education, art therapy, and social projects that help build awareness, emotional competence, and human relationships.
Our vision is to build a modern foundation that inspires, develops, and provides real tools for changing lives — regardless of age, history, or where someone is starting from.

Education and Development
The Here I Am Foundation was born from the heart and personal story of its founder — Maja Frykowska, an actress who has spent years connected to the world of film, art, and creative work. From a young age, she dreamed of creating a space that would support the artistic development of young people and those connected to the film and creative industries.
Initially, the foundation was meant to focus mainly on artistic activity, supporting talent, and projects related to culture, theatre, and film. Life, however, gave this idea a much deeper dimension.
A turning point came with personal experiences tied to a difficult family crisis and divorce. It was then that a deep understanding emerged of how many women, children, and families face pain, loneliness, being lost, and a lack of real support. This experience opened a new direction for the Here I Am Foundation — one built not only on art and development, but also on emotional, educational, and social support.
The foundation's work is supported by experts from various fields, united by one shared idea: to create a place of support and real change for people who need help and a new beginning.
The foundation operates on values close to its founder's heart — respect for people, empathy, and the principle of "love your neighbour as yourself." We believe that every person deserves support, the opportunity to grow, and the chance to regain belief in themselves, regardless of what story they carry.
