BOARD

Founder and President of the "Here I Am" Foundation. A woman who believes that each of us must grow into the challenges we set for ourselves. She became a pioneer in breaking taboo subjects and was one of the first celebrities to face media hate, back before social media even existed. She found within herself the strength to become an inspiration for those still searching. Between 2007-2012 she co-created programmes for "Lub Czasopisma" on TELE 5, and from 2008-2010 was editor-in-chief of the XOXO portal. She organised cultural and corporate events for, among others, HBO and CANAL+. She co-founded the RP Business Club and wrote columns for "Gentleman" magazine. She has always been involved in charity work. Her past shaped her present, and thanks to the knowledge and experience she gained in the world of media, she is now able to support others. Her journey led to changes she wrote about in her autobiography "Beat Yourself" ("Pokonaj siebie"). Today she can proudly say she is proud of who she has become.

MAJA FRYKOWSKA

Foundation President

Expert at the ESG Institute and deputy editor-in-chief of the RaportCSR.pl portal, she also contributes to the quarterly Raport ESG. For many years she was associated with the Polish Chamber of Commerce, and is a laureate of the Press Spokesperson award — for organisations representing entrepreneurs — granted by Gazeta Finansowa. Between 2007-2011 she served as a juror at the Bazar National Documentary Review. Co-creator of the Trustworthy Employer competition.

NATALIA WITKOWSKA

Foundation Board

For more than twenty years, Sylwia Wrzodak has supported people's growth in the business environment as an experienced trainer, coach, and Action Learning facilitator. She works with salespeople, managers, and specialists, helping them develop professional and personal competencies. She combines her training experience with psychological knowledge, also running workshops for couples and married pairs. Privately, she is the mother of two sons, one of whom is neurodivergent, which inspired her to deepen her knowledge in this area and support families in similar situations. In her work she prioritises professionalism, empathy, and cooperation, creating a space that fosters growth.

SYLWIA WRZODAK

Financier, entrepreneur, and art advisor. An expert in new technologies and the broader investment market. She gained her experience at financial institutions such as Santander Bank Polska and Citi Bank Handlowy. A graduate of the prestigious Future Leaders management programme. Certified EFA EFPA II advisor. Director of Investments at Value Invest S.A.

NATALIA KORGUL

Foundation Board

Entrepreneur, Investor, and Advisor. For twenty years he has served as a bridge between the West and Central-Eastern Europe, creating or supporting companies and projects in fashion, public relations, gastronomy, hospitality, heavy industry, energy, real estate, and Private Equity and Venture Capital investments. In recent years he has supported startups in raising funding and worked as Senior Director for Movens Capital, a leading Polish VC fund. He runs his own investments in the FMCG, real estate, and hospitality sectors, and advises premium clients on building their growth strategies. He carries out projects across all of Europe.

MAXIMILLIAN FILIPOWICZ

Foundation Board

Natalia Żelakiewicz — therapist, educator, and psychotherapist currently training in the Gestalt approach. For more than ten years she has run her own Social Skills Training (SST) programmes and supported children, young people, and adults through processes of growth and healing. In her work she combines Gestalt, SFBT, IFS, and crisis intervention, guided by mindfulness, authenticity, and respect for each person's individual path. She is also a Positive Discipline Educator and a school pedagogue with experience in systemic work with families and educational environments. She believes that a relationship built on trust and presence has the power to create real change.

NATALIA ŻELAKIEWICZ

Katarzyna Białobrzeska has worked in the non-governmental sector for more than ten years, coordinating social and cultural projects. She specialises in organising events at both local and national level, and in securing funding for the foundation's statutory activities. She has experience in comprehensive project accounting and managing social initiatives. In her work she combines professionalism with empathy, ensuring the effectiveness of the activities carried out. Her mission is to support initiatives that have a real impact on community development.
